Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 30 days if it is unworn and undamaged (a try-on is cool, a sweaty hike is less cool). All our items sell out, so once it’s back on our shelves, there’s a good chance it’ll be off on a new adventure before long.
Package Protection & Free Returns
Pay a small fee at checkout for FREE unlimited returns for store credit and or exchanges on your order.
Coverage includes package protection in case your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.
Without this coverage, you will be charged a shipping fee of $14.50 to help cover the costs associated with shipping & processing the return. A return label will be emailed to you.
Sale items can be returned for a Zorali Credit to be used online only or exchanged for a new product, only - no refunds. The value of Zorali Credit /exchange will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you are returning.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept international returns for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, excluding those marked Final Sale. To initiate a return, visit our international Returns Portal. You’ll receive a pre-paid label; please note it expires in 14 days if unused.
After receiving the label, send the items back via DHL, deducting the return shipping fee from your refund (details in our international shipping & returns table).
Postmark your return within 30 days of the order date. Upon inspection at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Note: We don’t offer direct exchanges for international orders. You can return the item and repurchase it after receiving the refund. Sale items are ineligible for returns.

How long 'til you ship my order?
We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 12PM AEST, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times, please add up to 2-3 business days.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the jungles of Coolum Beach, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it.
Does Zorali have a real shop?Nope, just an internet one. At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups or events.

Wow! I need one in every colour immediately! These are the best shoes I have ever worn. Like walking on a cloud, all day- every day!
I brought the trail blazer sandals hoping they'd work for me for an upcoming european adventure. I broke my ankle on both sides three years ago and my walking had been limited unless I had really good shoes on. I longed to wear sandals on long walks again and these did not disappoint -I did days of 12,000 steps easily and comfortably on cobblestones. Highly recommend, couldnt be happier and loved the caramel colour it went with everything.
I absolutely love these sandals! They fit so comfortably and are now my everyday shoe! The colour is so nice and the quality is just amazing. I've worn these everyday for months, walking 5-15km daily, wearing them in the water at the beach, and doing some hikes in them and they have held up so well and still look as perfect as when I first got them :) Such a great product and thoughtful design!! Highly recommend!!
Excellent sandals very sturdy comfortable and versatile
I love these hiking sandals. I recently purchased them before my trip and I wore them walking all over Bali. My feet were so comfortable, and it felt like walking on clouds. I even got asked at a restaurant in Uluwatu if they were Zorali sandals!! She was from Sydney and she said she’s been wanting to buy them and I told her she should! The only negative I have with these sandals is that the front toe strap keeps fraying and lifting on the corner (see photos). I keep pushing it back down and trimming gen frayed edges but it just comes back again, unfortunately. In future a good design may be to have the rubber end they have on one strap on the toe straps as well (see last photo for reference). But overall still a great sandal, excellent colour, and I’m glad I purchased them. Thanks.
