Returns & Exchanges

Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 30 days if it is unworn and undamaged (a try-on is cool, a sweaty hike is less cool). All our items sell out, so once it’s back on our shelves, there’s a good chance it’ll be off on a new adventure before long.

Package Protection & Free Returns

• Pay a small fee at checkout for FREE unlimited returns for store credit and or exchanges on your order.

• Coverage includes package protection in case your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.

• Without this coverage, you will be charged a shipping fee of $14.50 to help cover the costs associated with shipping & processing the return. A return label will be emailed to you.

Sale items can be returned for a Zorali Credit to be used online only or exchanged for a new product, only - no refunds. The value of Zorali Credit /exchange will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you are returning. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
